Delivery is free with purchases above $80 in a single order, to a single address in one delivery. Free delivery is valid only for Singapore mainland addresses.
Purchases less than the minimum amount required or are ineligible for free delivery would be charged S$10 per local delivery for Singapore mainland addresses.
An additional $10 surcharge will apply for deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island.
Orders will be packed and shipped within 7 working days of your order. We will take note of your preferred date and time for delivery, subjected to availability.
If you would like to change your preferred delivery date/time, this must be done at least 1 working day before the current scheduled delivery time by calling us at +65 62808616. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for a second delivery, should you not be present to receive the package.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made, or once confirmed for customised items.
We provide a one-for-one exchange for all non-customised, non-clearance items within 7 days of delivery. Simply call us at +65 6280 8616 and quote your invoice number to allow us to better understand your situation. Exchanges for products purchased from etoz.sg would be at our office – 601 Sims Drive #02-02, singapore 387382. Please bring the original invoice with you, along with the merchandise for the physical exchange.
Merchandise should be unused, in its original packaging, and with its label tags intact. We will not accept any items for exchange should they have been used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odour.
This Exchange Policy applies only to merchandise bought on this web site. Jed Home Pte Ltd has full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for exchange and reserves the right to reject any items if they are deemed unfit for exchange.
