Just present the order confirmation email to the staff for verification to collect your purchases. Before heading down to the store, do give us a call/whatsapp at +65 62808616 / +65 9777 7951 (Whatsapp) to confirm your order is ready for collection at your preferred store.

Orders will be packed and shipped within 7 working days of your order. In the event that your purchase does not reach you by then, do give us a call/whatsapp at at +65 62808616 / +65 9777 7951 (Whatsapp).

Note: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays would only be processed on the next working day.

Delivery is free with purchases above $80 in a single order, to a single address in one delivery. Free delivery is valid only for Singapore mainland addresses.
Purchases less than the minimum amount required or are ineligible for free delivery would be charged S$10 per local delivery for Singapore mainland addresses. An additional $10 surcharge will apply for deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island.

Unless otherwise indicated in the Order Notes box displayed on the checkout page, delivery would be scheduled for any available time slots. Special delivery requests including delivery timing, date and instructions etc. are to be indicated in Order Notes box on the checkout page. If you would like to change your preferred delivery date/time, this must be done at least 24 hours before the current scheduled delivery time by contacting us at +65 62808616 / +65 9777 7951 (Whatsapp). We reserve the right to apply additional charges for a second delivery, should you not be present to receive the package.

We deliver to all addresses in Singapore, including Sentosa and Jurong Island. Delivery surcharge applies for deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island.
